Nokia is scaling back its digital health-related operations with a round of layoffs, just two years after the acquisition of Withings. In what the company is calling a "strategic review," 400 jobs are being cut, as part of a €1.2 billion (£1 billion/$1.5 billion) cost-saving plan.
