Open roles on their own job board

Each point is a count of the roles an employer had open on its own job board on that date, taken once a day. The direction is decided by a fixed rule: a board is rising or falling only if it moved by at least 5 roles AND at least 10% over the window, across at least 4 readings spanning at least 14 days. Anything less says 'we cannot tell', which is a real answer here. A rising board is evidence of hiring. A board that shrinks is not evidence of job cuts: roles leave a board when they are filled, withdrawn or reposted.
This profile is thin because we hold one source document on Notion so far, not because nothing else has happened there. We only publish what we have read on a primary source and can link to. So a profile fills up as filings and reports come in, and we never seed it from an estimate. We keep profiles at this stage out of our sitemap and mark them noindex until they carry enough to be worth a search result of their own.

What an employer advertises is the offer a candidate can accept today. It moves before any return-to-office announcement, because a policy reaches the job postings before it reaches a press release. Read it as the shape of the roles being hired for, not of the whole workforce, and read the direction rather than the exact share.

A board that grows week on week is the earliest public evidence of hiring intent an employer produces: it moves before any announcement and before any filing. Treat the direction as the signal and the exact count as approximate, since roles are reposted, split across locations and withdrawn without notice.
